Founding director of Cagway Civil & Construction. Rob has an associate degree in Civil Engineering, with over 25 years of experience in Civil Construction and infrastructure in New Zealand and Australia.
Tim Williams - Senior Project Manager
Tim has over 25 years’ experience in the gas and civil construction industries with 12 of those as a Foreman. Tim has worked successfully delivered subcontract packages on Gateway Upgrade North, Parallel Runway Project, Kawana Seage Treatment Plant and many more.
Carly Cagney - Administration Manager
Carly ensures our office runs smoothly by overseeing administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a positive work environment, allowing our team to focus on achieving peak performance

Nick Schoek - Leading Hand
Nick has been in the civil construction industry for over 15 years and an experienced Excavator Operator and Leading Hand. Nick has worked on major projects including the Gateway North Upgrade, Amberley Airbase, Logan Motorway Upgrade, Cross River Rail, and the Coomera Connector.
